1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:
• United States (all 50 states)
• Select international destinations (see International Shipping section)
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Typical processing times are stated below, unless otherwise stated on our website (usually under the “Shipping & Returns” section on the product page):
• Standard Orders: 1-3 business days
• Holiday Orders: 2-4 business days
• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: 5-10 business days (as specified in product description)
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time estimates are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the order ship date and do not include weekends or holidays. Factors such as weather, natural disasters, customs delays, and carrier issues may cause delays beyond our control.
5. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded or reshipped at our expense. We will not ship to P.O. boxes for most items. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, contact us immediately before your order ships.
6. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24 hours to update with the carrier.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Once the package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, do not open it. Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and we will work with you to resolve the issue. For lost packages, we will file a claim with the carrier. Please report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery for the best chance of resolution.
9. Signature Requirements
Some items may require a signature upon delivery. Please be available to sign for packages or arrange for someone to receive the delivery. If you are not available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a nearby pickup location.
10. International Shipping
International orders are subject to the following:
• Shipping is available to select countries only
• Delivery times are estimates and may take 2-4 weeks or longer
• International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees
• Customs clearance delays may occur and are beyond our control
• We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost in international transit
• International orders cannot be returned for refund unless items are damaged or defective
11. Carrier Liability
We use reputable shipping carriers; however, we are not responsible for carrier errors, delays, or mishandling. All liability for carrier-related issues should be directed to the shipping carrier. We will assist you in filing claims if necessary.
12. Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $50. Shipping insurance protects against loss, theft, and damage during transit. The cost of shipping insurance will be displayed at checkout.
13. Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically attempt to deliver packages once. If you are not available, they may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us at the customer's expense.
14. Holidays and Delays
Orders placed during holiday periods may experience delays in processing and shipping. We do not process orders on major holidays. Please plan accordingly and order early during peak seasons.
15. Shipping to Military Addresses
We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Shipping to military addresses may take longer than standard domestic shipping and may require additional documentation for customs purposes.
16. Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and method for your order. We will use our best judgment to choose the most efficient and cost-effective option. Specific carrier requests may not be accommodated.
